'Customer Support' is almost non existent.
'Customer Support' is almost non-existent. I suppose it varies according to which country you're in but here in the UK it is almost impossible to talk to someone. Instead, you get chance of an online 'chat' which seems to be an automated service. It is difficult to describe things succinctly and if you can, the reply doesn't seem to understand! Very low fee charges and great card machine
At first i wasnt sure which card reader i should buy, so i had to return my first choice ,which im refunded for it . The second choice card maschine was the best option for me ,as its all in one . Im very happy with Sumup as well as my card machine .

Disappointing
This would've be a very great experience if only we would have the right tools to use for our businesses. I registered an account at first for simply receiving card payments on the air device (even tho most of the payments I receive are via bank transfer) I soon noticed I had sort code and account number and I thought it would've be great to use it as a business account for those companies I offered services and they pay me as wages, it's one and half month I ask if we have any welcome ...

When you reach your pre verification limit of £5k your transactions are declined.Notice to verify should be given sooner to prevent being stopped accepting payments.This resulted in 6 days lost trade from declined payments.
