We have had a great experience working…
We have had a great experience working with SumUp and Goodtill, as new business owners we would recommend this service to anyone who is either a novice or experienced. The system is easy to use and they have a great support team.

Appalling Customer Service
Have started using SumUp more than i was and because of this my account was suspended for verification checks. I understand verification is required although for the machine to start declining all my customers transactions on a Sunday afternoon with no warning is pretty poor. However, I have sent in the required documents and my card machine is still not working. SumUp were answering my messages (as there is no phone number to speak to a person that I have found) and now they have stopped ...

Not a great experience, and still waiting for a refund.
I applied for a Sumup account, bought a card terminal which was despatched very quickly, only to be contacted the next day by Sumup's "Onboarding" department, kindly informing me that my account had been cancelled, as my business criteria (Motor Trade) doesn't fit their business model. My card was cancelled even before I received it, and I was sent a UPS label to return the card terminal I'd just bought which at that point I'd not even received. STONKINGLY Good
I have the card reader and the app on my iPad & mobile - what a STONKINGLY good business service this is.... my initial experience with the Sales Team was not at all comfortable or easy to say the least especially as we are a small local home startup; however, once I managed to speak to a REALLY GR8 individual in the CSA team that quickly identified a better solution for my particular business enterprise - it has been plain sailing since then YEAH!!
