A cab driver sent me a receipt of a…

A cab driver sent me a receipt of a journey paid in cash but receipt was not for my journey and was paid by someone's credit card. Contacted customer services and no reply. spoke to person on phone who gave me an email address which is not valid, went onto website to use the "We Care" email address and also had the email returned. No way of contacting cab driver - all I need is an honest and correct receipt yet cannot seem to get anywhere with customer services etc - very unimpressed

Great service by the support team

the card reader was faulty - it was quickly replaced with absolutely no hassle. As a new user the support desk was very helpful and bodes well in the off chance of us having any future problems. This seems to be the ideal card for our youth club where young people have “go Henry” and other contactless cards.

This company has the worst method of…

This company has the worst method of dealing with a customer issue that I have ever come across. The reader was set up and tested by making two independent transfers. That’s where it’s usefulness ended. 3 different operatives demanded invoices from the company which were provided. A automated email was then sent to tell me that they can not meet everybody's requirements. 4 weeks of telephone calls and inconvenience. Non-existent Customer Service

I'm a volunteer for a small local charity and purchased a SumUp reader specifically for a fundraising event over the Jubilee weekend. A week before the event I registered our charity with SumUp and all seemed ok. Then the website kept saying there was an issue with the details I provided and I needed to update them. It was non-specific as to what the issue was so I tried re-entering the information, only to be met with "An unknown error occurred, please try again later" message. This still ...

Quick and positive response....

During the middle of an event we exceeded our credit limit(being a new account holder with SumUp) meaning we couldn't take payments. Despite being a Bank Holiday, it was extremely quick and easy to speak to a human being. All the customer service operatives were informative and quick. The issue was resolved in an acceptable time frame(fortunately we found an interim solution).
