After numerous calls to customer services, which are absolutely useless, and they literally can't do anything, I have been advised to sent and email, which I have done and as of yet no reply, nor unable to reach the department, as been told they can only be reached by email. My account was set up in February and I have made test transactions to make sure it was up and running fully before I startrted using it for all my business running costs. Now I have had a substantial amount of money transferred into the account and it is nowhere to be seen! Stay away from SumUp

I am very sorry I decided to use this company for my business payments. The app is not very good and takes too long to work. Then you have to repeat the process on line as well. The card reader worked well at first. But I have not gad the funds from my sales. The phone line say we will answer in 2 minutes and 45 minutes later your cut off. They never call back. All good with the SumUp Air machine for a few years. I took SumUp up on their offer of a heavily reduced price for the new Solo machine in Dec 2020 With Covid restrictions there was little use for it over 2021, 5 times in fact. June 2022 it came out for the first time since Dec 2021 and it was locked for security reasons. Customer services said that the only way to unlock it is to buy a new one for £99.00. Awful company

Awful company. Went through the POS training as wanted a POS system for my business. Wanted to pay for the system and had a query about the payment. No one responded despite numerous phone calls and messages. In the process of a complaint as I have been without a POS system for three weeks now and will be looking elsewhere. Crazy because I want to give them money to use their system! Bullet dodged.
