I am so shocked at the poor treatment…
I am so shocked at the poor treatment we have received. We are a church and registered charity and they happily took the money from us for the card machine. 3 weeks later and a day before an event where we needed the card reader, and after we had produced stationery saying we accepted cards, they just sent a curt Email saying our account had been closed under article 13. Awful customer support
Updated to include purchase order number - 23478540. Order was made for Lucky Day Competitons. Feel free to contact me again regarding this if you decide you should have just sent us a replacement charger I recently ordered a sum up printer terminal and while the process of ordering was easy and delivery was fast, once it arrived the charger for it wasn't working and the terminal was dead. Really bad experience..
Really bad experience... absolutely no service.. tried to contact by phone. waiting tone, no reply. when my number was incooperated, they replied after some time same day, but hung up immediately. a company who doesnt want to support their customer..and who to ask then.. support service, no help. After a month still waiting for response!! Help yourself, dont buy a SUM UP product.

So I have opened an account which was very easy and effortless that's the positive. So for the negative... I have received 2 payments which took 3 days to arrive and within minutes they locked my account and asked for a number of questions to be answered and proof of address/identification.
