Beware of this “financial technology” company!

The company of which I am a director opened an account with SumUp as we wanted a banking “lite” solution due to the limited frequency of transactions. After making a substantial deposit, we then attempted to make a partial withdrawal. There was no way to request this on the website or app as the command button had been “greyed out”. Several attempts and multiple calls to Customer Support later and we were assured they would look into the matter. A few days passed and we received an email ...

do not use in any way their service . they don t care about customers they suspend accounts and steal your money , after they will block it.

If I could give 0 stars I would this…

If I could give 0 stars I would this company had made a massive admin error and gave £500 to another person which as of yet are unable to resolve this was the first day of me using this company and there product!! You contacted me 3 days after but yet stated it would be within 24h don’t make out I ignored you response as this is a tree nonsense obviously you are trying to cove the bad workmanship of you telephone communications.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would! On the 8th of June I received a few transfers into my account and 6 days later the funds are not in my business account and literally NOBODY responds to emails or helps on the phone. I’ve been emailing since 10th June. I have now submitted a formal complaint to the ombudsman as the service is extremely poor. Stick to highstreet or revolut if you can as this is the worst service I’ve received I was due to pay invoices 4 days ago and cannot due to this ...
