So Far Excellent......
I've been using wireless PDQ Terminals all over the UK at Events for many years. At some events signal strength can be a real issue on 3G so more organisers are offering WiFi solutions for traders. My Solo card reader overheated while…
My Solo card reader overheated while charging and blocked itself. I reported a week ago by email on my login account page and several times since. I tried their bot - hopeless then tried phoning and get put on hold losing money when I should be working. I've now emailed for a return and cancellation with refund. Still no contact from SumUp. I have never experienced such bad service.

Up and Running.
I had a problem with setting up my card machine because I am useless when it comes to this sort of thing but the sum up support team took me through the problem and thanks to Adam and Mia we got there and now I am up and running and I would have no problem in recommending sum up. Thank You for your help.
