I have found sum up to be really good…
I have found sum up to be really good regarding their machines and Customer service. I have used them for about 4 years now and never had an issue apart from a connection issue that was dealt with in minutes. Machine is reliable with long battery life and payouts are swift with no issues. I recommend them all the time.

Very simple and straightforward to use…
Very simple and straightforward to use with well designed app. Once had to ring customer services and got through fairly quickly to person who talked me through sorting out my query. Impressed all round. Have recommended SumUp to others and have just received £50 for doing so - thank you.

Worst customer service a customer can…
Worst customer service a customer can get. We paid for the device, used it for month and it was working fine. Suddenly without any notice our account gets blocked and they ask for verification documents. We provided all the documents requested and then now more than 2 months have passed and there's no reply from their customer service.
