SUM UP chargeback

i used sum up ,but some customer refuse payment,I'm a taxi driver, sum up send me email after 19 days without explanation, they took money straight away, plus they want charge me £10 for chargeback, i cant believe , any customer can say i didnt do payment and they took money from you plus charge you £10 for investigation. Sum up treat me like im a criminal, I sent them invoice, gps, tracker journey, I will see what will happen next few days, also i complaine anyway, I will finish with them,

Taking payments are fine, but I've not had to deal with their support department yet.

I have found the Sumup Air to be about 99% reliable in taking payments remotely at markets using my phone data (one or two blips here and here but quickly resolved by restarting the phone app.) I don't use their business account/mastercard because I preferred my payouts to go straight to my personal account (relieved that I chose that option from the start because from reading the shocking reviews here about the customer support being bad in relation to that and people being denied access ...

This company is a total and utter scam…

This company is a total and utter scam - do not fall for it. They took £100+ of our small charity's money for a card reader they never despatched. They NEVER answer the 'phone (and I mean HOURS on hold, just to be cut off) never have anyone on thier Chat, and never respond to emails or other messages. We have been forced to issue a Small Claim to get our money back. Utterly disgusting company that are nothing but pure scammers - DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! As to the reply, what a load of utter ...

This company or whatever it is…..rubbish. I’ve been calling and emailing or reply no answer. Absolutely useless. Lost out on so many customers in my business because of the card machine taking no payments! Never again!
