I will be changing my supplier after a issue with a charge back. 11 weeks and still can't get my money back of a customer that claimed that i did not do the work on a vacuum cleaner. She obviously lied to her bank. I've sent Scumup all the relevant info including invoices for the work and they still have not even tried to get my payment reversed. And worst still they charged me £10 for a chargeback and done nothing to help me get my money back on service and goods i used to repair the vacuum.

I signed up in august 2022 I only transfer money into this account they fronted my account on the 28th of august almost 2 months I sent them all the documents they asked me for I don’t have any internet site or Facebook no business card because I was just starting a business. I lost customers I also sent this nonsense company a invoice of my items I ordered to sell they are saying it is invalid I’m not even doing any business anymore I just want my money only out the account since 2 months ...

I would give a minus rate if I could. Apart from the length of time it took to respond to my complaint, I have been overcharged on the transaction fee when the rate has been 1.69% for a long time. When I challenged this they have only reduced the rate from 1.95% from today and not before. I received no explanation as to the overcharge let alone an apology. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting.

Shocking support and service

The system is amazing and I’ve no problem having my money transferred daily so no scams here! Unfortunately though I’ve had a problem with one of my machines for the entire 4 weeks of having them. The service/support system is an absolute disgrace, you’re on hold for over and hour and then get cutoff or you chose the call back and if I’m busy in the shop when the call comes they don’t call you back! I would give no stars if the option was there! I’ve spent 2 days trying to access my business account, I can’t move my money or make money transfer’s !!! Been on hold all morning and was abandoned on chat ! Disgusting terrible service and if not resolved by end of today I shall make a report to trading standards! Appalling service, I also sent an email yesterday and have no reply! I’m trying to run a business and pay bills which I can’t as I have no access to my Funds
