I have have had two sum card readers and both have for no reason just stopped working just out of warranty, they are not abused or damaged in any way, but they refuse to replace them. DO NOT BUY THE SUMUP MACHINES AS THEY JUST STOP WORKING. they will then offer you another but with a discount, suspicious how its always just out of warranty on two occasions

I have received a business prepaid master card in the post but I never applied for this or have a profile with you. Where has this card from? Where have you got my details from? I called customer service and the man advised me to contact the police. I have emailed the dpo address but no reply.

DO NOT GET SUM UP. Our experience is atrocious

I never write review but our experience with Sum Up has been atrocious. We got the card machine and have the app on a tablet in our gift shop / coffee shop. We soon found out that we had wasted our money and getting help was impossible when things stopped working. We are on our third card machine as it refused to print receipts and turns green on the screen so that the customer cannot see the amount of sales or when to type the pin in etc. I have given up after spending hours and hours on ...

Awful awful company Have just started using them Took a payment via payment link of £1,019 they ask for confirmation of what the payment is for invoice etc. which I can appreciate whoever the response time should be proportional and should be quick I have provided all required information a week later still not received any update at all Today received a bank transfer to my sim up business account they provide and payment still hasn’t come through what a shambles of a company

Great, tiny device

Tiny to carry, easy to use. Great for mobile use. Good small % taken compared to other devices I've seen. Very happy.
