This is by far the best Card Reader system for small business that only needs to use one occasionally. No monthly fees and reasonable charges when used. I have recommended this to a number of people.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to withdraw money from my business account for over a week now. Every day I call and get fobbed off and sent automations on email. My account is blocked and they cannot tell me why, I am unable to transfer any of my funds that I need. Just a horrendous service.

Received a business card today that I didn't request, I don't even have a business! Emailed and messaged on social media. Received a phone call and the guy was rude, I said that it was clearly fraud as I hadn't asked for it and he said the company hadn't committed a crime and hung up! How has someone opened an account in my name without my knowledge when it says you have to have a business account to set something up? This needs sorting and I have no idea how to do it.

As others have written below
As others have written below, I’ve received a card I have never applied for. I don’t have an account with this company. Rung up and their response is to email them. Very concerning- how this has happened in the first place and the fact they don’t seem interested. A terrible set up.
