Shame there isn't a no star option
Shame there isn't a no star option. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am still waiting - now a week - for my 'priority' call back/email. A week when I have not been able to use my card reader and so have lost money. Shocking.

Great little devices
Great little devices - we have used SumUp at many market stalls for the last 5 years. Also great for emailing/texting payment links to people who can pay by their credit card remotely (eg Australia!).

Good kit
I have had a good experience of using Sumup over the last few years. The money goes in easily, and pays out next working day usually unless a weekend or bank holiday. I have found it useful to have two phones/ipad etc as sometimes i may not get a good signal with one internet provider.

Superb and cost effective way to take…
Superb and cost effective way to take care payments, I don't take many so wouldn't want a monthly fee, and the cost per transaction is reasonable

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Been dealing with them for just about a year, processing very small transactions for my tiny occasional sideline business. When the card reader works, it's great, but it's impossible to contact SumUp when something is wrong; no online chat, no phone numbers, only an e-mail address. They e-mailed to ask me to 'review my profile', but what they didn't say was that they were freezing the service until I 'reviewed my profile'. Can't login, can't use the reader, ...

Sumup offers you more for FREE...
Sumup not only offers fantastic transaction rates but their customer service is spot on. They even give you a basic online shop platform to sell your items for Free, yes FREE! They stole 5000DKK from me
They stole 5000DKK from me, since i have greenlandic bank account they said they cannot transfer my money and i had to find someone who has danish bank account! And i have no one i can trust from danish! They really stole 5.000dkk from me

Sumup have asked for info on 2 incoming…
Sumup have asked for info on 2 incoming bank transfers. Sent them emails in regards to them One was given to me and the other i have yet to see funds hit my balance nor have they requested anymore info about the transaction. If theyre is problem with bank transfer the customer would tell you but not replying to emails you requested information is very poor. Will be crashing my missing £100 tomorrow 8th nov 2022!!! First bad experience!!
