Poor design to service /website

I don't like the fact you have to set up everything including bank details before you can purchase the reader. Surely you should be able to buy it then register it. It is really frustrating the website does not have a way of removing items from the basket or if there is, it does not show on my Samsung phone. Customer services tried to help but in the end I had had enough and ended the call. I still have 3 sumup airs in my basket, I only want one. Could only get merchant id on the app. So ...

I am using the 3G terminal in my car…

I am using the 3G terminal in my car and it works. The 3G signal reception at the Edinburgh Airport Drop Off is sometimes a little bit slow but besides that, it works including invoices sent to customers.

System very easy to use

System very easy to use, payments back into your account within two days, found it well liked with our customers.

They closed my account and stole my money.

I received an in-house payment of £1620 for a service I was providing a client after which they suspended my account. I then received an e-mail asking me to provide an invoice and so I e-mailed them the invoice, called into their customer service and was told everything appears fine. However the moment I hung up the phone, I received an e-mail saying they closed my account. They told me they would keep the money from that transaction for 2 months or transfer it back to the client. I was ...

Don't touch this company - terrible customer service and quality.

This company has the most diabolical customer services. You can only talk to someone through a chat line, which takes forever and is very little help. First you get Sam and then Ellen and they just regurgitate standard lines from FAQs. Totally impersonal. We have had a device for just under a year and out of no where it suddenly says device blocked and cannot be used, leaving us short for a fireworks event tonight.
