Easy, speedy and efficient.

It is an easy way to accept card payments. Quick at showing the approved payment or not. The payments into my account are reasonable quick considering that some foreign holidays are considered.

Card payments in dead spots. bit of a pain…
Card payments can be a bit of a pain sometimes when the Internet signal is low or weak. Even these days there are still dead spots in town an some card payers know this so sometimes its best to be paid up front depending where they are going.

I’ve used SumUp for quite a few years.
I’ve used SumUp for quite a few years, I’ve never had any problems with them at all,the % that they take is really reasonable and generally it’s a next day paying of funds into my account, I’ve actually recommended them to lots of people.

Very simply SumUp works!
Very simply SumUp works for us as a U3a. The app is easy to set up and use. Connects faultlessly to the card reader. The ability to send receipts to phone or email and remember the details also a bonus. Payment is prompt and the statement and invoice clear and easy to understand. Have no issues and already recommended to everyone who has asked. Thanks SumUp.

Poor design to service /website
I don't like the fact you have to set up everything including bank details before you can purchase the reader. Surely you should be able to buy it then register it. It is really frustrating the website does not have a way of removing items from the basket or if there is, it does not show on my Samsung phone. Customer services tried to help but in the end I had had enough and ended the call. I still have 3 sumup airs in my basket, I only want one. Could only get merchant id on the app. So ...
