Avoid them.
I was recommended SumUp by market stall/craft fair makers. It is easy to set up and was excited to use it as I'm just starting out with being a craft seller. The first time I ever did a pop up, I made my sales and on the app, it says 'activate your business account' and the features are next day payments however I didn't know they'd send me a card with the sales on rather than put the money in my bank. Absolutely love SumUp
Absolutely love SumUp. Had it a few years now and it has never let me down. I'm not a heavy user, in fact I can go for weeks before I take a card payment, but the great thing about SumUp is the company never hounds me, asking me why I haven't used my device. I love the speed in which payments are made to me and the informative statements that arrive on a monthly basis. Wouldn't be without it!

Sum Wifi on my machine is rely Bad
Sum Wifi on my machine is rely rely slow. I prefer to use Revolut as there is never any delay in taking a payment and I can honestly say Ive never had a problem with the Wifi on my phone up to this point. Also there is no fee using Revolut plus I receive payment straight away. Im thinking Sumup rely needs to move with the times and dont get left behind.

I only use SumUp on a few occasions but need to find a quick way to get set up. It takes ages to find the correct screen when you have a customer waiting which feels so unprofessional. Is there a way to simplify the app?

Easy and convenient
Easy and convenient to use,ideal for small businesses.I receive payments in my account in one business day after paying a small fee.I recommend Sumup for sure.
