Would give 0 stars but not an option! Would never recommend SumUp, customer service is non existence! In three years I have had four machines due to being faulty. The last one I had to buy and wait for a credit!! Now looking to switch providers.

Ban for review on Trustpilot

I passed all the verifications, followed all the instructions that the sumup service support sent me. Slow delivery and useless agents who fob you off
Ordered my card reader a week ago, was told delivery would be 2-3 days, now a week on and royal mail tracking hasn't updated since Friday, Royal Mail don't even have the item yet but advisors have told me it would be "guaranteed" to be delivered by Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, now on Thursday and have had to order one from Currys instead (cheaper too!!).
