Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Just need to find out how to make a change on the profile of the account. Spent an hour negotiating the website and and now been kept waiting on the phone for an advisor for about 90 minutes. Have now been cut off.

Hospitality - Don't use SumUp
Holding onto over a weeks worth of payments due to not having a full invoice, name, address for a guest who bought a bottle of wine in a bar. Customer services are not helpful and ask the most ridiculous requests such as change the business instagram bio to your personal contact details. (We did this on an account with 12k followers and still did not get paid out) Every time we phone customer services something new is outstanding. All of a sudden payments ceased going…
All of a sudden payments ceased going into our bank account. They sent a credit card and apparently all of our payments have been stored on here. I have now without asking been enrolled in their invoicing set up. And apparently from the account I have a new device on the way which I did not ask for.
