An asset for any small business
SumUp doesn't have excessive charges, only charging a modest percentage for each transaction, with no standing charges and the card machines are very reasonably-priced too. The app works well, communication is very good, money is paid out quickly and staff are helpful. Would 100 per cent recommend.

After a disappointingly slow reply
After a disappointingly slow reply, the service was then prompt and helpful. The battery had completely stopped charging though the reader was less than 18 months. It was still under warrenty so a new reader was received within a couple of days after the email was eventually answered.

I am very unsatisfied!it's over 4…
I am very unsatisfied!it's over 4 months no one bothers to solve my issue. I am not able to transfer the money to my personal bank account as it's constantly saying password invalid which is valid and my finger print does work for every single app but not sum up.i have tried to reinstall the app,chance password, sorted security settings, still the same .every time someone pays I have to contact you for someone to transfer the money, absolutely nightmare, stopped using Sum up machine and ...

Exceptional service!
We were asked to use Sumup/goodtill by an event organiser who wanted all traders to have the same system. Initially, we were very reserved about this as we are extremely happy with our existing POS/payment system. But Ben B. And the support team have been exceptionally helpful and supportive in helping us on-board quickly and get used to the system in no time.
