Best for Taxi drivers
Hi i am a taxi driver. Have to go in remotely areas where there is a problem for cash out n cash machine. So i selected SumUp . I am really happy with it. I am using it since 2021 brilliant service to be honest. No complaints so far .

Why closing down Debitoor before year…
Why closing down Debitoor before year end? Moving on to Lexoffice. Last year I've had to pay 150€ for using it just one additional year. All kind of accounting functionality isn't available on sumup.

Supports fraud
I was a victim of fraud commited by a registered company using SumUp to take payments. I contacted SumUp several times to look into this and have been completely ignored. I would strongly recommend avoiding SumUp. The company is no better than the fraudulent companies that use it.

I wrote a negative review to sum up on this site and they replied saying. They can'find my details? It's not very professional? They have our account details but again THEY DONT CARE. We have not received any emails or someone tried to sort out the issues. Completely disappointed with SUMUP I am completely devastated disappointed and utterly unhappy with SUMUP. Fraudulent activity? Not bothered!
Fraudulent activity is not their priority! No number to contact when I had money taken out of my account multiple times and the automated bots on their 'chat' have no idea how to respond. Their 'team' are self-employed and couldn't care less. This seems to be a drop in the ocean, many others have been in this situation which I've now found out. Shameful. I need my money back ASAP. Wish I'd known about their security breach when it happened 4/5 months ago. Seems to have happened again!
