Disappointing experience

I use the app and the terminal for my small business and am very disappointed with the quality of the service. It’s not working properly in my case as I noticed the bug that they have with receipts. The function of having BTW % in my receipt is not working and because of it causes inconvenience with business documentation. I wrote a negative review to sum up on this site and they replied saying. They can'find my details? It's not very professional? They have our account details but again THEY DONT CARE. We have not received any emails or someone tried to sort out the issues. Completely disappointed with SUMUP I am completely devastated disappointed and utterly unhappy with SUMUP. Supports fraud

I was a victim of fraud commited by a registered company using SumUp to take payments. I contacted SumUp several times to look into this and have been completely ignored. I would strongly recommend avoiding SumUp. The company is no better than the fraudulent companies that use it.

It's difficult to get an answer via automated system. A two minute phone chat would have been a lot easier that the on line chat which ended up with a real person

The answer was strong and convincingly.

The answer was strong, direct and convincingly. Is was not the recurrent ambiguous response as it is happening in other options inducing customer to mistakes. Totally satisfied.

It all looked very good on the…

It all looked very good on the packaging, promises of quick payouts etc. I raised an invoice via the SumUp app to which my customer promptly paid, when I looked on the application to find out if the money had landed in my bank account I had a message informing me that my account was restricted pending verification. I questioned this and was asked to send copy of the invoice to SumUp to validate, this by the way way the invoice raised on the SumUp app! I sent the invoice anyway and are still ...

Really bad service

Really bad service. I have a 3G card reader for my business. Unable to send the receipts to the customers. I have been in contact with the customer service for months but no positive response. Over the phone assistance is out of the question. After 3 failed attempts I have managed to get a gob number, but it appeared they have not even communicated that the problem I was experiencing! I am leaving the company as soon as I figure out another one. Extremely frustrated. Rasike
