Unwanted card
I have received a sum up Mastercard which was not requested and can't find a way of cancelling it. Can you inform me how you got my details and can you delete them from your records and cancel the card.

The company is quick in responding. They are always friendly and competent. Their prices are fair and money was always quick in my account. I had never any reason for a complain.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Payments are supposed to take between 1 and 3 days to leave the account. I've been waiting for 9 days now and all the people on the phone can say is "We will email you" and then sent the same email 3 times in a row despite me replying to it. Absolute joke of a company and I will be revoking my services once this issue has been settled. AVOID

Blocked my account for no reason…
Blocked my account for no reason blocked me from logging in with no explanation £250 in my account and they have just taken it with no explanation and woke up to suspended card seems like this happens to a lot of people

Sumup has change my business
Sumup has change my business for the better. The card reader is so easy to use with a great user friendly app. My customers like the fact they can now pay by card. The charges are so reasonable. And I like the fact I get daily reports the I can file and keep for future reference. Customers are spreading the word,and business is booming

This company is the worst ever to be
This company is absolutely the worst. They have held a large sum of my money for a whole 9 months for “security purposes”. This incident occured in April, I was told Il l receive my money after 3 months. 3 months has passed and they came to me with a new story saying they need to hold my funds again for another whole 4 months which lead me to December.
