Very quick to respond to my queries

Very quick to respond to my queries. Perfect at resolving my issue. Money is in my account very quickly and the fees are very small compared to the huge amounts that are paid when you have a land line terminal.

They won’t release our funds

Two days ago we were paid a large sum of money by credit card via SumUp. It was our first time using the service for our business - we operate an Airbnb style accommodation and the client was booking directly with us. Had a issue with my card reading giving…

Had a issue with my card reading giving a fault of incorrect password. Tried repeatedly to fix the issue with sumup. Kept on getting fobbed off by different operators and still couldn't withdraw my money. Overall bad experience and I have no faith with the company going forward

Worst company to deal with for a top up…

Worst company to deal with for a top up card account, I have a business account with this company and I requested to change my phone number, I have sent over all the details required even being a existing clients for nearly a year and have taken a week and still not changed it, I have a business to run and accountants & services to pay for yet I just hear the same thing from them!! IF your business is Installations, construction and deposits, SUM UP is not a good choice

If your business has deposits for work rendered, such as installations, construction, etc, DO NOT USE Sum UP. They choose to withhold your payment, even though your customer has approved the payment, until proven completion of the project. Which means they could be withholding your payment for weeks or even months. They are not just a credit card processing company, they try to manage your customer payments. Two machines for two years, never worked

I’ve had two machines in my business for over two years. I honestly don’t think we have ever been able to compete a purchase using the machines. Account all up to date and have followed customer support advice. Personally I’m not happy with the system overall.
