Problem setting up account
Sumup have now dealt with this. They were prompt and very efficient. Thank you so much. I have been trying to purchase a 3d card reader for my start up and keep getting the message ‘our team is verifying your account and will get back to you.’ I cannot understand why. My credit rating is excellent, so I don’t understand what is causing the delay.

Quickly Resolved My Image Transfer Issue
I love SumUp. Not only is their machine easy to operate, their fees are tiny, payments fast, and there is no rental. When I had an image transfer problem yesterday, it was sorted quickly and efficiently. I can thoroughly recommend them for easy, fast communication and financial transactions.

Sumup replaced my reader
My reader stopped working and after contacting support, they kindly send me a new reader, which arrived the next day. So appreciate SumUp's help and efficiency.

Very quick to respond to my queries
Very quick to respond to my queries. Perfect at resolving my issue. Money is in my account very quickly and the fees are very small compared to the huge amounts that are paid when you have a land line terminal.
