Start up business, good machine to use so far
New to Sumup and so far it has been a very good service. I was able to get set up quick enough with a ipad, card machine and technical support. Low interest rates and quick response from the customer service team. I am happy with Sum up. This is a great alternative when just starting up a business.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. No real people as they use advanced bots. Only place that doesn't use the faster payments system. Takes 5 days sometimes to get money sent from one of our accounts to theirs. Impossible to plan for paying suppliers or anything. Impossible to speak to anyone with any common sense. Every single time we transfer cash into our account there is a problem or causes fraud alerts at the other end. Totally useless currently holding £5k of our cash to ransom.
