A Waste of Money
Paid £118 for my card reader and did not get a single use out of it, came to use it for the first time and it shows an error code showing that they blocked the card reader and that I need to contact customer support and they will send me a new one but they have refused! what a con of a company. Going else where!

Good customer service
Good customer service! Quick response via email, helpful and understanding over the phone. Managed to solve complicated issue with money I had stuck with sumup... easy to switch accounts with one card reader etc

No issues here!
To be honest, despite the previous bad reviews so far (touch wood) I’ve had no issues. When we opened our bar in April 2022 we acquired a small portable device which was perfect at the time. We recently upgraded to the printing machine version and not had any issues so far. The account was quick and easy to set up and payments always come in within 1-3 days after transaction. Fees seem to be best on the market, not a bad decision for us!

This company is useless
This company is useless. They have systems that do not allow you to see who has made payment if you use the links. They won't supply a means of taking payments over the phone, and try to push the rubbish link system onto you. No good for small business IMO
