Appalling customer service on app I was directed to use by hometyre but unable to pay. Pointless. Steer clear.

I’ve connected them several times and they’ve not responded once. Purchased machine last September and still not up and working. Lost hundreds in sales because of this

Customer service absolutely terrible…
Customer service absolutely terrible majority of everyone who I spoke to within the business regards of a transfer refund,they did not even have access to my accounts they couldn't even tell me why they couldn't even refund the transfer they couldn't even tell me me who was dealing with my refund or or transfer or what department could help they clearly have no way of handling business and people together they just kept on saying that another department was dealing with your case and should ...

Less efficient in cold temps?
The reader seems to be less efficient when it’s cold! I encased it in a woolly hat and it worked better! Am I imagining this or does the cold affect its performance? I’ve read about cold temperatures or impact triggering complete failure of the machine.
