Slow slow slow reaction in fraud
Looks like this company isn't in any hurry getting back to customers that have been a victim of fraud

Forth time card reader needs replacing
Fourth time the 3G+ reader needs replacing. Battery drops within minutes of disconecting charger and then power cycles turning on and off so cannot be used. Often cycles even when plugged in. Sumup say they wont replace it again. Update: they have now replaced it again without charging.

Sum up is not a good company and they…
Sum up is not a good company and they have a bad habit of seizing your money. They keep auditing you disrupting the flow of business. I sent them all the required information 33 days ago. There is no excuse to have my funds withheld when you immediately received the information that you requested. Also on Facebook reviews there was a lot of complaints about this issue in the comments by many clients and I see that it has been deleted and comments has been turned off.

It's 3 days to get YOUR MONEY
They tell you it's next day if you transfer to your business account then when transfer to your bank account it's pending for up to 3 days ... Don't be lied too because it's cheap

Support is very good
Support is very good. Online portal tells you everything you need to know and is updated instantly with each transaction. If you want print outs the mobile 3g with printer is perfect for the job. If you take under £2500 on cards this is the way to go, I was paying £32pm for rental alone before SumUp now no rental and charges are around £10 up so win win.

Extremely disatisfied
I’ve connected them several times and they’ve not responded once. Purchased machine last September and still not up and working. Lost hundreds in sales because of this
