But it will recharge from the solar power brick I use. It has not let me down (yet!) although the hunt for a signal can be slow. I'm learning to be able to lock it to a WiFi channel, and suspect I should be able to lock on to phone signal too. I have been in locations when my sumup has been slowly ...

Dreadful service

Ordered a handset but had to return (unopened). I was informed that I would receive a full refund. I emailed proof of postage. Absolute scam!

Absolute scam! Registered my machine for a community event, all was working well and they paid the first amount into the bank account and they are now holding a measly £47 and requesting documents even though it states you can make up to £5000 before you need to provide documents. Stealing from a nonprofit community group, shame on you! I just want them to pay the £47 then close my account but I think this is impossible. I keep getting the same generic email and customer service is useless ...
