BIG SCAM, THIEVES, DON’T USE SUMUP

Never ever work with those thieves! Don’t even think about it! BIG SCAM. They blocked my account for no reason and just stole my 5 thousand euro’s that was there. Put a lawyer on it, but never do work with those people. Kindly on the phone but once it comes to payouts they even don’t know anything. Please if you read this, go for another payment provider, there are more then you think.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I have been trying to change my bank account details and profile for over two weeks in order to receive the money SumUp are holding and I’m owed through using my card reader. I have sent COUNTLESS emails every day, made many calls and sent ALL the relevant documents to make these changes. Nobody ever responds!! Customers service is USELESS and to top it all they are holding over £700 of my money!! I will be reaching out to the Financial Services Ombudsman if this ...

The worst app in history

The worst app in history, first they let you open the account and after making successfully transactions, then they do all background checks etc. They don't have a phone number nor the staff are helpful. Iam waiting 1 month for my card still not arrived. Once I clear my money iam never using this app and this type of customer service again

Utterly incompetent customer support - Steer clear of this company

I bought a SumUp about 6 weeks ago for use with a charity I am a trustee of and its been a nightmare. I cannot activate the machine - I have sent so many emails, spoken at at least 15 different support workers (that's a joke title as there's no support). My next step is the Financial Conduct Authority as they have had charity money under false pretences

Market Ready with SumUp

We use our sum up machine at markets and very happy with it - mostly. If we link another phone to it - it seems to drop the other phone. But all in all - if you have a good signal, you're good to go. Makes selling so easy as most people now pay by card. Payout is really fast too and the reports are great.
