Another day another 30+ attempts to…
Another day another 30+ attempts to take my money, no help from SumUp they can’t or won’t help at all. Disappointed to say the least one of these attempts to take my money was successful yesterday using old card details, how is this possible.

Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend
Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. We purchased a Solo for when we do events. The events we do are during the summer and Christmas time. The machine lasted one summer and when we went to use again it would not hold its charge and only worked plugged in which didn’t help as we do events outside etc. We contacted customer services and they sent replacement. The replacement lasted one season and when we went to use again it had a message stating we had to contact t C/S for ...
