AVOID - absolute liars
Please avoid using sumup and go with another competitor. In general it is pretty unreliable, but today I turned up to my work shift as a self-employed therapist and the device just said 'device blocked - contact support'. After a very slow and long chat, it turns out I have to replace it myself at my own cost. The reasons they gave for it to become broken like this do not apply and I did not do any of them. STAY AWAY FROM SUMUP AT ALL COSTS.
Sumup is a possible scam. I signed up for an account (NOT POS) just the web shop and in addition the Business Bank Account. I tried to make a transfer with my Sumup bank account balance but to my avail the transaction not only didn’t reach the receiver, But my account was closed 48hours later. I haven’t even processed any card payments on my account yet or gone against any of their policies. In the past 3 days I’ve emailed their security and support team multiple times but no one is ...

Sumup is good
Sumup is good, my issue is transferring money, 24 hours or weekend, all ready wi have odl system, block chain technology. Sumup should consider keep up with technology. Apart of these, is very handy.
