Never a problem with my Sumup equipment…
Never a problem with my Sumup equipment or service. Few delays of payment here and there but communication is always received with explanation and neverb een more than 1 extra working day so no problem.

Sumup support fixed most of the connection issues
Sumup AIR works well for me SOMETIMES, my issue is that its slow to connect to the phone which can be very awkward trying to get customers to wait for verification. Other than the connection issues I find sumup to be very good, instant confirmation of transaction verification or failed and regular payouts on the day selected, commission charges aren't too bad and no standing charges. I would have given a 5 star rating but the slow connection can get annoying

SumUp works very well. The only improvement I would like to see would be to take phone payments.
