Great service and low % rate compared…
Great service and low % rate compared to other point of sale units. Money in bank next working day and so easy to use. My first machine stopped working abruptly though and when I contacted SumUp they told me I had to buy a new one myself - I would have thought for the cost of the unit they’d have replaced it for free given I’d been a customer for years.

Continued to be pleased with our two…
Continued to be pleased with our two SumUp machines which are used during the summer months mainly. We find visitors often give larger donations when paying by card instead of shaking their pockets and purses out for cash. Our only issue has been the fragility of the SumUp reader with attached printer, which seems to not like being moved around and goes into a state which means it can no longer be used.

Quick payouts and East to use app.
My business has used sumup now for a couple of years. I find them very approachable and easy to deal with. Very quick payments into my account, very easy to use app so I can check on everything. Would recommend.

A mixed bag really
A mixed bag really. Cheaper overall running costs but connectivity is very hit and miss. It can be quite time consuming and embarrassing when having to reboot the machine whilst a customer waits.

Perfect for small business
I use sum up for my small business. I find it is so useful. I have a card reader but don’t use it often. I do use the app frequently and find that sending links is an easy way to “remind” clients that they need to pay ! I do this usually through sms or email.
