Great additional service for our members
Since we started using Sumup it has provided us with a useful service particularly as regards our young members who now pay with card, phone watch etc. Reports are produced promptly and clearly which keeps our accounts up to date accurately. We had a few mechanical issues to begin with but these were quickly resolved in a friendly and efficient manner.

Best purchase for my business!!
As a small business owner I need the convenience of card payments without running costs. It hooks upto my phone or tablet with ease and the best part!! Create your own online shop!!! Send payment links via message email so easy and let’s not go there about receipts all digital!!!! I don’t really use invoices as much as I used to but this is just an added extra!

Perfect for even tiny businesses.
I run a very small pottery painting business, Wissey Valley Pottery, and bought my SumUp card reader to increase point of sale purchases (folk spend more if they can just tap a card & don't have to worry if they have enough cash!) I bought it because there is no ongoing costs apart from the small commission taken from each card payment. My church uses SumUp too, pity we didn't realise they could have earned a payment for recommending me before I bought 🙄. It has always worked perfectly, ...

Our sum up machine has proved invaluable …
Our sum up machine has proved invaluable to our business. It now handles 98% of our transactions. The app is really good and being able to have vision over transactions and payouts allow us to keep on top of our book keeping. The only minor issue recently is they have introduced VAT options. If you save the setting you want to use it always defaults back. So every transaction I must set and save the VAT option I want to use. Great machine and excellent battery life.
