Completely understandable login system…
Completely understandable login system for such big company (I didn’t got any ban or locked accounts notifications). Tried to make two accounts with Gmail (it was first one , after I created second one account and changed mail to mail.ru mailbox) and mail.ru mailboxe . After some time period has lost access to both accounts. Password reset is not working and after each password reset new one doesn’t work. No customer support. Somebody keeps changing my profile but now they haven't paid me £635.16. So we called them from the last five days they said they would call back but they have not so please do not belive sumup because they will hack you.

Sum up card reader
Ordered through Amazon Had real problems with the app Could not get it in English only German Sum up chat useless Emailed no response what so ever After spending hours to try and sort it gave up Returned to Amazon Purchased Square card reader had it up and running within 10minutex

Adam was such a nice and polite guy
Adam was such a nice and polite guy. Visited us and helped us with some issues and spoke about lowering our fees. It’s so nice to have a relationship manager to speak with.
