Very poor customer service + very poor connectivity issues.
Very poor customer service & constant connectivity issues (we have lost significant sales due to the system being down). I would recommend other companies in the market above Sumup.

Tried to join and all was OK with…
Tried to join and all was OK with salesman on phone, paid for machine, and created email and pass word , them spent most of the day trying to set up profile, kept telling me it couldnt do it . log in again or contact support, neither working, salesman told me I was entering wrong password,then in evening it allowed me in to create profile, still using my original password, then can't set up profile because I dont have smartphone, tried contacting support and told 17 minute wait for agent,no ...
