Terrible hardware, terrible support
Went with these guys to vend at a fair. Bought their Solo device since it claimed to connect to cell phone networks. Tested everything out beforehand on wifi and it was fine, but day of it wouldnt connect to any cell network in the area, even though 3 different providers phones were connecting fine. Had to buy a hotspot plan through my phone to get a wifi in order to get the device to work. Which was bad enough, bc at that point I could have just used the free phone app instead of buying a ...
