Appalling customer service
Card readers stopped working, after a phone call I found it that it was due to the account being registered with an email address that no longer works (entirely my fault) however three days, three phone calls, and zero progress to sort the issue. Meanwhile a small charity is unable to take card payments a week before Christmas. Call centre staff simply read from a script and cannot give any actual help.
