Have enjoyed having this payment option…
Have enjoyed having this payment option and was great during covid period. My only hiccup has been my replacement card machine doesn’t always automatically connect to phone and cancels transactions quite quickly. If I switch on machine first then it works fine. This has been my only issue.

Generally speaking SumUp is great
Generally speaking SumUp is great, depending upon the internet signal. The new phone app is very helpful as we can take payments in the shop with the card reader and elsewhere on the phone at the same time. The phone app seems to work when the internet affects the signal for the card reader, so we do appreciate having the app. Our only criticism is that should all funds have reached our bank account ie nothing is pending, this causes an issue should we need to issue a refund. What is good and bad about sum up.
What is good and bad about sum up. Sum up is good as a means of payment, it makes payment easier. However, sum up can be disappointing as it takes time to connect to phone, I have allowed customers to go without paying in most cases. Some work needs to be done in this area. Thanks
