I’m generally happy with SumUp but…
I’m generally happy with SumUp but recently I had to get a new device to replace my card machine with printer I was told the “Solo” unit was the only device available with printer when it arrived it didn’t have a printer I had to buy it separately and I would be ok with that if the Solo was as good as my last machine but I have to say it’s not its slow sometimes won’t wake turns on and off and is frequently looking for updates that don’t help it work any better. The rocessing has definitely improved
The processing has definitely improved, there was a lot of signal issues. As a consequence of a difficult position l was put in and through no fault if my own. Things have definitely improved

Mostly good except when no phone signals
I use a solo reader whenever I can, but about 25% of the time it doesn't work because in parts of rural Scotland there are no phone signals. When it does work it is excellent.

Love my Sum up account and card…
Love my Sum up account and card machine.Machine occasionally freezes and can take a while to re start but otherwise excellent service and clear reports each day. Has really simplified my accounting and much better value than my previous accounts
