The rates are cheaper as compared with…
The rates are cheaper as compared with others. Reimbursements are good but it would be better if the actual sale amounts are reimbursed and commission/ fee should be deducted separately. Most of data is available online but it would be better if is made in downloadable pdf format . Instruction manual should also be provided in pdf or paper form .

Sometimes slow
When sumup works well it is great. Sometimes however it can take a long time to connect my phone and reader which is very frustrating! I'm not sure if this is due to a weak internet connection but I work in the same room every day.
