bought sumup pro from sumup , received yesterday ,on website / agent says its comes with pre installed pro software . but its not . i installed sumup app , its a basic interface not pro , den i called customer service x customer service agent has no clue as he said pro team is diffrent from him , i said give me sumup pro team number den , he said thry will contact me bla bla bla . printer is not connecting to POS too , called today again , theyy put me on hold and disconnect my call for no ...
