I have been using sumup for more than…
I have been using sumup for more than one year now, and i can tell you that I have never had any issues with their application and gadget,I have never call them on the phone for any issues whatsoever at all, they service is very fast and efficient, that why am giving them 5 star 🌟.

Blocked Solos
I contacted Customer Support as advised by the following message on two of our four Solo Card Readers: "Please contact our Customer Support Team. We will send you a brand new Solo". On calling, I was advised that contrary to the message and promise therein, new Solos would not be provided as the two that had been blocked were out of warranty and I would need to order and pay for new Solos. My Sumup reader has been a little game…
My Sumup reader has been a little game changer for my food truck, super handy, payments processed like clockwork every week. The one issue I had with my reader they immediately sent out a replacement. Sign of a good company. 5 stars

I have had 2 different sum up machines…
I have had 2 different sum up machines and they are both superb. I would advise anyone to use sum up, they rate you're charge for using sum up when paid by card is minimal. I really do recommend sum up.
