New to SumUp
New to SumUp payed money in myself to see how it works but still not received any money being transferred into my account I thought it was next day by 7am ?? Would prefer communication with a human not a text box it’s not suitable for everyone

Terminal often disconnects. Therefore tend to use phone for payments
Not as user friendly as other terminals I’ve used. I have the solo it often disconnects from the app. The terminal itself is hard to switch on, often takes several times. Works best plugged in, I need a power pack with me to use it at markets. I tend to use the app and take payments on my phone to avoid using the terminal.

Very Happy with the Sum Up system
Very Happy with the Sum Up system, working very good, simple to use and very ergonomical. Only sometimes if there is to many Sum Up machines it is having trouble to connect as is picking up other Sum Up machines.

Lack of communication on Sumup Team.
Lack of communication on Sumup Team. Friendly when one gets a human, But still getting automated emails, I get the impression nobody is reading anything i email to Sumup. Too many people on the profile case, no communication amongs their own staff.
