Security issues
Couldn’t get the card reader working due to security issues. However emails were answered swiftly and the problem was resolved. It took longer than I would have wanted as I had to stop trading but that probably couldn’t be helped. Overall a positive experience. Thank you.

Resolved problem connecting to Air Card Reader
I have been using SumUp for a long time but recently had problems connecting to Air Card Reader. After trying to resolve by myself, I resorted to contacting SumUp using using Chat. The support provided resolved the problem and adviser was very patient. Thanks. Keep up the good work. For your info, and in case of help to anyone else, I uninstalled and reinstalled the App, despite having latest App installed.
