Unfair play
Well iam a taxi driver and few off my colleagues told me that sum up was offering cash advances when I asked about them they said it was a limited offer to only a few, I pointed out to them that in my view that wasn’t playing fair so pointing out to you guys out there beware 🤔

AVOID SUMUP YOUR MONEY IS NOT…
AVOID SUMUP YOUR MONEY IS NOT PROTECTED!!!! I usually don’t complain but I was scammed on the 2nd January 2024. The scammers that rung me managed to breach Sumups security and STEAL just short of £5000 out of my bank that I trusted sumup to protect. As you can imagine I contacted sumup straight away and after being passed pillar to post for 8 weeks they have been absolutely NO HELP. Extremely disappointing
I purchased the sum up POS system 3 months ago and I’m still not live! The setup is ridiculous, very time consuming and definitely not easy especially as you get no help whatsoever I’ve used SumUp for years but i would not recommend their POS system Extremely disappointed

I was sold an incorrect card reader
I was sold an incorrect card reader, had to buy another one to replace the one that was incorrect. Royal Mail collected my wrong card reader on Saturday 18th November and I have still not had the money returned to my account. Every time I phone (4 times now) nothing happens, they tell me they’ll send an email to the relevant department with high importance. Wouldn’t be so bad, but they’re quick to take the money off for themselves. Disgusted at this point

Couldn’t get hold of anyone to change…
Couldn’t get hold of anyone to change my phone number and bank acct details. Sun up kept trying to send me a txt to confirm my identity to my old phone number. Which I don’t have so how could I possibly do that. I just kept being redirected to the dash which kept asking me to confirm my indentity. Absolutely dreadful service. Don’t recommend
