Don't bother
I have been trying since the 22 Dec 2023 to activate and use my SumUp, I have used the chat and called by phone nearly every day, while the staff are nice and helpful, everyone tells you different stuff and nothing seems to happen. I have today, 12 Jan 2024 finally been able to take a card payment but still unable to take virtual payments, my main method of payment

Good at Transfering but the card…
Brilliant Card Reader, Good at Transfering but the Mastercard recived does not work all the time since April 2023 had three new Mastercards, they work for about a Month then nothing which is very fustrating when paying for fuel in a que !
