Always done me well. Payments received by app, payments sent to our bank account with no issues and having access to be able to build a little web store it’s just great thank you Sumup thank you.

Appalling support
Appalling support. It took almost two months for SumUp support to respond to a simple subscription query. The response was straightforward but it took me 5 attempts contacting the team on their Chat portal and an email, to elicit a response. Simply not good enough for a product that deals with finance.

Absolute disgusting service!
Absolute disgusting service!! Had my account a few months and was working fine then all of a sudden without any warning have terminated it. I have funds in the account! What happens to that!!! Emailed with no response! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!

We have been using Sumup for 6 months…
We have been using Sumup for 6 months now, taking payments in our coffee shop. It has been great, and any problems we have encountered have been sorted out fast over the phone. highly recommend!

They can’t even fix a simple issue.
They can’t even fix a simple issue. Chatting agent told me to call and calling agent told me to email. Kidding me?? And the issue is not solved yet. Just let me discount my things! Am I requesting too much to my POS? -They just added the discount button(19/01). They should’ve done that earlier but still glad to see they added it. I’ll add 2 more stars for that.
