Poor Costumer Service ,very reluctant…
Poor Costumer Service ,very reluctant to help . Card Readers are non repaireble and designed to fail so people are forced to buy new ones. Extremely profit orientated with ignorance to the consumer.

Atrocious customer service/support
Atrocious customer service/support. I (Merchant ID: M76ZPKLR) contacted them email several days ago via phone to request to change the number on my account (this can't be done manually unless you have access to the old number which I do not), I was told to email them from my registered email and provide them with the new number. I did so and it has now been over four days and I have had no response and my number is still unchanged. I have funds in the account which I am unable to access ...
